Food Lovers Break

In September renowned local chef Paul Harvey took over as the Head Chef at The Woodhall Spa Hotel. Harvey, as he likes to be known, has an impressive record with his cooking around Lincolnshire. He came to prominence in the mid 1990s when, as Head Chef at the Kenwick Park Hotel at Louth, he was awarded and retained 2 AA Rosettes for the quality of his food. He also won The Lincolnshire Life Chef of the Year award in 1998 and was invited to compete in the Wedgewood and Potter Top 200 Chefs of the Year competition in both 1996 and 1998. In 2000 he opened Harveys Restaurant in Scartho near Grimsby. Again he was awarded and retained 2 AA Rosettes for the quality of his food. We have received nothing but compliments for our food since he arrived, expecially the Hotchkin menu!

We have introduced a Food Lovers Break which includes a three course meal each evening from the Hotchkin menu. These breaks start at under £200.00 for two people for two nights, including full English breakfast each day. They offer great value and a wonderful way to enjoy Harveys cooking!
