We cook our food in the "modern English" style. Many guests have heard of the quality of our food before they come to us - so they pre-book their dinner to take advantage of our great offer of a lovely £22.50 meal from our Bracken menu for only £15.00 or, alternatively have an £22.50 allowance against the delicious Hotchkin menu! You can decide when you dine!
Our chefs prepare a great Sunday lunch. We are taking bookings now for Easter Sunday.
We know you'll enjoy...
The Garden Bar
Eating and drinking will always be a pleasure at The Woodhall Spa Hotel. The Garden Bar has its own terrace overlooking the garden. Inside it will remind you that the hotel was once one of the drinking haunts of the famous 617 Dambusters Squadron as well as the airmen from 627 Squadron who flew Mosquitos on Pathfinder operations. Punch cartoons evoke an earlier age of golfing ettiquette. Here you can enjoy a light lunch or perhaps sit with friends to watch the climax of the Open!
The Lodge Restaurant
The Lodge Restaurant is THE place to eat in Woodhall Spa. We provide hearty breakfasts prior to a round of golf, sightseeing or business. Our meat comes from local butchers, our fresh fish from Grimsby and we bake much of our own bread. You will be sure to enjoy the dinner in the evening whether it is from our lovely Bracken menu at around £22.50 per person or, for something really special, from our fabulous Hotchkin menu shown below.
Food to Suite All Tastes and Budgets
We will not compromise on quality - but we can offer something to please everyone. Our chef creates a list of specials to supplement the menu each day. Not only is everything freshly cooked - but all the desserts are home made as well!
Great Wines and Spirits at Realistic Prices
Our cellar is well stocked with wines from both Europe and the New World. So whether you fancy a glass of the house Norte Chico Merlot from Chile, an award-winning MudHouse Chardonnay from Australia with lunch, a "blush" White Zinfandel from the USA whilst taking in the evening sun on the terrace or a hearty Chateau Neuf Du Pappe with dinner, it will be our pleasure to serve you. And after dinner, for residents, there is of course a night porter to serve that last drink before bed.
