Throughout your stay at The Lord Leycester Hotel we try to ensure that your meeting is both productive and enjoyable. We have a full range of equipment for use in the meeting rooms, including data projectors, TVs and video players, screens, flip charts and projectors. Our day delegate and 24 rates are extremely competitive and offer excellent value. And the hotel has its own car park for up to 40 cars.

The Greville Suite
This large ground floor meeting room is ideal for larger meetings, product launches. It is equipped with broadband, Wi-Fi and a hearing loop. It is located at the back of the hotel and its large windows look out over the car park and St Mary's Church beyond. It has its own private bar.

The Arden Suite
This ground floor meeting room is perfect for training and management meetings. It is equipped with broadband, Wi-Fi and a hearing loop. It has its own toilet facilities across the corridor and is situated at the back of the hotel and its large windows look out over the car park.

The Warwick Room
This ground floor meeting room, with its wood panelling and oak furniture, is the obvious choice for interviews and smaller management meetings. It is also excellent as a break-out or syndicate room. It has natural daylight and is equipped with broadband, Wi-Fi and a hearing loop. It is off the hotel's main corridor.

Most companies choose the day delegate rate and will often opt to eat in Knights, the hotel's main private dining room. It gives the opportunity for a change of scene and change of pace. We can also serve buffets in any of the meeting rooms.
