Eating and drinking will always be a pleasure at The Lord Leycester Hotel

We have an experienced team of chefs who will prepare a meal to your liking. All of our food is freshly prepared. If you have an allergy of dislike, please let us know.

The Stratford Bar
Enjoy a drink in the cosy Stratford Bar - perhaps a real ale or one of the hotel's good selection of wines. It's an excellent place to meet before choosing where to eat. If you want to watch the plasma screen, we will be delighted to serve you any meal here from our menus, ranging from snacks to something really special. After dinner many guests enjoy that last drink before retiring - and for those residents who like to stay up late, we have a night porter to continue serving.

The Oak Room
Alternatively you could choose to relax in the leather settees with a coffee or drink in the Oak Room. Read the newspapers, watch the world go by or perhaps ponder over what to eat and drink for dinner. After your meal return for freshly brewed coffee or a cappuccino and a liqueur.

Jesters Brasserie
Our main restaurant is Jesters Brasserie. Here you will enjoy your full English breakfast or perhaps smoked haddock instead. At lunch and in the evening we serve a full menu of excellent dishes. On Sundays we serve a really great carvery from noon until 5.00pm - and the main course is only £7.95! Whatever day it is, you choose whether you want to eat just one course or perhaps three. You choose whether you have something light or something really special. Whatever you order, we know that you will enjoy it! And to accompany your meal we have a good wine cellar ranging from a smooth Chilean merlot "house" wine through to a quality champagne or Chateau Neuf du Pape - all at affordable prices.


For the best value on a break, book a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast rate. We then provide a dinner allowance of £22.50 (more than enough for an excellent three course meal) and it will only cost you £15.00.
