Parties, Dinners and Family Celebrations

We are at the heart of Warwick's social life and have been since the hotel opened in 1927! We have three great rooms for your celebrations:

The Greville Suite
The light and spacious Greville Suite is ideal for birthday and anniversary celebrations, dinner dances and dinners with up to 120 guests. It even has its own private bar. For evening parties with buffets, the room can hold up to 150 people.

Knights
Knights is that ideal room for a private party, dinner or gathering. It seats 40 comfortably for a private dinner and 50 for a buffet party. It can also have its own private bar.

The Warwick Room
As a smaller more intimate room the Warwick is ideal for a drink with friends or a private dinner party.

Your wedding day should be perfect. Our experienced staff, great food and and good facilities will ensure that it is and that you have a day to remember throughout your life. We only host one wedding on any day to give you our total attention. We assume that every wedding is unique. However, we do provide as standard:
- Step-by-step guidance by our own Events Co-ordinator to help you organise your wedding
- Our Duty Manager to greet you on arrival and act as Master of Ceremonies
- Excellent food and attentive service
- A complimentary room for the bride and groom
- And much, much more...

Civil Ceremonies
The hotel has three rooms licensed for civil ceremonies. So whether you are looking for a room for 20 guests or one for 120 guests we are the ideal location. Obviously we will be happy to co-ordinate your requirements with the local Registrar.

After the ceremony, we have access to St Mary's Park, just behind the hotel, which is a beautiful location for wedding photographs. There is a choice of internal locations available in case the weather is not kind to you.

Wedding Receptions
The Greville Suite is a beautiful room with views over St Mary's Church. It has its own bar and can accommodate up to 120 guests for a traditional Wedding Breakfast. Alternatively, for a more intimate group of up to 40, you may wish to use Knights, with its leather chairs and more contemporary feel.

In the evening many couples hold a larger Evening Reception to widen the circle of celebration. The Greville Suite can hold up to 150 for an evening reception with a buffet. We can recommend or arrange a DJ for you.

We are also finding an increasing number of couples want to enhance their enjoyment of their wedding day by having as many of the family and friends stay overnight at the hotel, in a sort of "House Party". With 48 double, twin and single bedrooms, we can comfortably accommodate nearly 90 guests - and offer a special discounted rate.
