Our room rates, including full English breakfast, range from £78.00 to £103.50, but we often have special offers for week-end breaks and holidays. Our guest rooms have have duvets throughout and the "Generous Singles" have just been totally refreshed with 4ft wide beds, new furniture, soft furnishing and decorations.

Superior Double - £103.50 or less, including full English breakfast
These rooms are our most spacious, with plenty of room to relax. A comfortable double bed, quality soft furnishings and furniture complete the effect. Each room has an en-suite with a bath with shower.


Standard Double - £88.50 or less, including full English breakfast
Most of our rooms are standard doubles, which are fully equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay with us. As you would expect, they all have en-suite facilities, most with a bath with shower.


Standard Twin - £88.50 or less, including full English breakfast
Both of our twin rooms have two full size single beds and everything else that you would expect for a relaxing stay with us, whether it is for business or leisure. Both twin rooms have en-suite facilities.


Generous Single - £78.00 or less, including full English breakfast
We have a few "generous singles" which are ideal for the lone traveller. Each has a 4' wide bed, LCD TV and light oak furniture, as well as an ensuite shower room. If you are happy to be close, then two can snuggle up together in one of these rooms.


Please be aware that all of our guest bedrooms are on the first floor and we do not have a lift.
